
How I order it:
Tall soy latte with two shots of espresso
(half caff. as usual).
No syrups, no packets of sugar, nothing added that really isn't necessary. Just the vanilla flavored soy.
Trying to be a healthier version of myself is 100 percent challenging, especially since I am surrounded by flavored syrups loaded of sugar and pastries stuffed with carbs and useless calories at work.
So finding an espresso beverage that is honestly tasty enough to drink in its entirety without pumping it up with added sugars is a great feat!
Physical health and mental health go hand in hand with anxiety. Picking and choosing what I am ingesting provides me peace of mind with less anxiety attacks and more living my life with a cup of coffee in my hand.
Which makes the amount of room to experiment with a soy latte so spectacular!
I plan on trying ristretto shots to see if that will make enough of a difference to make it a regular modification.
BUT... yes there is a but, I wish I would have tried this when the weather was getting cooler instead of now, when the weather is finally warming back up!
A hot latte does not exactly sound appetizing once the air feels as hot as the actual drink.
I will definitely have to try it out iced other wise I will only be able to drink this particular espresso beverage a few more times until it cools down again.
I find that the lack of added sugars plus the use of half caff. shots helps to maintain a normal heart rate while also giving you a little more life for your day or night!
The best part of this drink is how simple it is truthfully. It's a taste good, feel good hand crafted drink.
